AGES Live CD is an open source Linux distribution designed to provide a Live environment that lets users to play retro games, using nothing but free software. It is based on the Ubuntu operating system. This is an entertainment system that uses very few resources for deploying a Plug & Play open source Linux-based gaming system powered by various emulators, such as pyRetro. AGES Live CD is distributed as a single Live CD ISO image, supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit architecture. It is designed to be used directly from the live media (CD or USB), but it can also be installed on a disk drive.
