b00x OS is an 100% free and open source Live Linux operating system that uses the Linux kernel and provides numerous open source and free applications, as well as top-notch Linux technologies. The base system is built on top of a Xubuntu 13.04 Linux distribution, and it uses the lightweight Xfce as its default desktop environment. b00x OS is distributed as a single Live DVD ISO image, offering support only for the 64-bit architecture. It is designed to be used directly from the live media (DVD or USB), but it can also be easily installed on a local disk drive.
