Textract SDK can feed a new program with text data from an existing legacy application even if this application does not support any communication API, like clipboard copy-paste or OCX/automation. Textract uses OCR technology to capture and extract text from a specific region in a window, without interaction with internal applications. The application works well with C++, C#, Java, VB and JavaScript. Textract is for you if you develop software for MS Windows, as it unites existing systems. Also, if you have to feed text data from a system that cannot interact, but shows all required info on the screen using Windows fonts , you can use OCX / VB Control, DLL or EXE from your program.
