Images 2 OpenXML Description

This project shows how to integrate the Office 2007 OCR engine with custom applications and use OpenXML and Speech Recognition as application features. The Images 2 OpenXML application was developed to be a small tool that can be used to convert scanned documents to Office 2007 new format (OpenXML). The speech recognition improves the application user experience. The application uses the Office 2007 OCR API called MODI (Microsoft Office Document Imaging) that really helps to work with simple document translations.
