If you ever did photograph a scene with huge contrasts (e.g. interiors with windows on a sunny day) you know it is virtually impossible to capture all details of the scene. The resulting image will always have overexposed (white) and/or underexposed (black or noisy) areas. FDRTools overcomes this serious problem. With FDRTools you blend a series of differently exposed images into one HDR (High Dynamic Range) image without difficulty and then transform this into an image viewable on common media like CRT monitors or paper.
