By default, Windows XP Powertoys install shortcuts to themselves on the Start Menu, under Powertoys for Windows XP. The same applies for TweakUI. The Add TweakUI to Control Panel application was designed to be a small utility that will add an entry in Control Panel for TweakUI, where it used to be. NOTE: TweakUI for Windows XP must be installed on your system. This utility does not install it, it only makes it available through Control Panel
