LoopBlock is a utility that does hostname and IP address "blocking" by creating loopback entries for each domain name specified. This will force domains that the user attempts to reach "loop back" to the local machine. This can be useful when an administrator wants to Lock users in to specific web pages, or make certain pages contact the local host.
