It can be used by individuals of any experience level. The interface of the program is clean and pretty intuitive. Media files can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed. In the queue you can check out the title, source and output format, progress and status of each media file. So, all you have to do is establish the output profile and destination, in order to proceed with the encoding job. Furthermore, you can change audio and video settings when it comes to the codec, bit rate, frame rate, size, sample frequency rate, channel mode, aspect ratio, cropping and volume. But you can also preview clips in a small, built-in media player, set iLead iPod Video Converter to automatically turn off the computer once all tasks have been completed, enable deinterlacing, and others. The media encoding software uses a moderate-to-high amount of system resources, has a good response time, can take a long while to complete a job and delivers a poor image and sound quality.
