ZipOut Description

Automatically zips attachments to Microsoft Outlook messages. ZipOut replaces each message attachment with a compressed version of the original file in .zip or self-extracting file format. Compressed attachments shrink the size of your mailbox, conserve disk storage resources, and reduce Transmission times. Surpasses other e-mail compression programs by offering you compression and indexing of all attachments in your mailbox and Personal Folders files (.pst). Reduce mailbox storage size and use ZipOut's extra Fast Search capability to provide functionality that does not ship with Outlook. Provides attachment indexing and compression as a Windows Scheduled Task. With ZipOut's Find Attachments feature you can perform simple or complex searches of your mailbox or Personal Folders files for all types of attachments, including zipped attachments and embedded messages.
