XnView Description
XnView is more than just a photo viewer for Windows PCs. The application works with a wide variety of photo formats, brings you easy-to-configure output settings for each of the built-in tools, and provides you with various image preview options. What's more, XnView offers you support for batch processing. So, you can use the app to convert and rename as many images as you like, at the same time. Another great aspect is that you can preview your photo collection in slideshow mode. The app gives you access to various options when using this preview method and you can watch the slideshow in windowed or fullscreen mode if needed. In my testing, the program worked flawlessly. The built-in image converter offered me high-quality results and the batch renaming tool immediately completed the given tasks without slowing down the performance of my PC. The only thing I'd change about this app would be to add a built-in help manual which might prove to be of good use to beginner PC users. Other than that, nothing bad can be said about this program.
