WSQViewer Description

WSQViewer is an application you can use to view compressed fingerprint images, that are displayed in WSQ format in order to preserve its original resolution. The utility is able to compress pictures up to a ratio from 12:1 to 15:1, while also keeping intact the resolution of the initial image. Display and view WSQ compressed fingerprints, the viewer integrates seamlessly with windows to allow the easy display of fingerprint records. Our WSQ Viewer is built using Net-X Solutions WSQ Library (A fully FBI certified solution for WSQ compression and decompression) support Windows. A typical fingerprint card results in approximately 10 megabytes of scanned bitmap data, thanks to our WSQ implementation this can be massively reduced to less than 1 megabyte in size.
