Scan to Email is a straightforward piece of software built specifically for helping you scan your images, create a PDF file that includes all photos, and send the file via your default email client. Intuitive layoutYou are welcomed by a well-organized set of functions that allows you to carry out most operations with minimal effort. The program gives you the possibility to select a valid TWAN or WIA device for scanning the documents or specify a custom folder that includes the pictures you want to process. The tool automatically scans the selected directory and displays the photos in the primary panel. Additionally, you are allowed to drag and drop the images directly into the main window and stop the loading process. Main featuresScan to Email gives you the possibility to zoom in or out, delete items, rotate the picture to different angles, and switch to a full screen mode for a better focus on your work. The utility automatically builds the PDF file and attaches it to your default email client. Plus, you may insert additional pages in your PDF file using a scanned file, single item, or multiple images from a folder. Configuration settingsThere are several tweaking parameters designed to help you perform command-line tasks, perform scanning operations from the selected devices, assign hotkeys, as well as display only thumbnails. What’s more, you can specify the folder that is scanned for images, apply filters, import subdirectories, sort the items by name, size, creation or modification date, or last accessed date, and specify the maximum number of items to import in a single document.
