REDA will help real estate investors and developers to analyze all phases of the development process: Land Acquisition, Soft Costs, Hard Costs, Construction Loans, Sales Schedule, etc... Now w/ Reports, Charts,You can see some pictures of the REDA below. The program can produce dozens of "interactive" reports and charts, so the pictures you see represent are just a small fraction of the complete program. The picture below shows one of the "Cash-Flow" reports. In this report you can Combine the "Cash-Flow From Operation/Lease" & "Cash-Flow From Construction/Sales" from two different Analysis; "FLORIDA project#1" + "CALIFORNIA project#3". The picture below shows one of the "SALES" reports. In this report you can see the "sales information" for all units (year-1,2,3) as well the Cash-Flow (or accumulated Cash-Flow) from Construction/Sales for a year-1,2,3. In this chart you can see the "Hard Costs" for each quarter (12 quarters total). The picture below shows Operating/Lease Cash-Flow for each year; It also includes an interactive chart.
