Icon Creator is a widget for Opera browser which may come in useful for designers, web developers, and programmers. This widget will help you create beautiful icons out of almost any normal image. It allows you to browse for any PNG, JPG, GIF, and TIFF image, and then choose the icon style from the available overall three-dimensional and two-dimensional styles, which can be found in a round or square formats. The widget has a preview panel that shows the different dimensions of the to-export icon: 128, 64, 32, 16 pixels wide. This is very useful when you want your icon to look pretty and undistorted for different operating systems and screen resolutions. You need to simply click on any of these 4 previews, in order to export it. The widget enables you to add a background color. You can choose from the available colors, pick a new color with the color picker, or enter the hexadecimal value of your preferred color directly. In addition, you can enable the gradient background option, which will make your icon looks more professional. For this function to work, your input image should only have a transparent background.
