This is a tool you could use to create invoices, quotes as well as orders quickly. This tool comes with a range of template that you could use to create these documents. Recurring invoices can be generated automatically at defined times. The tool can be used by multiple users including remote ones. The invoices create with this tool could be printed, emailed or faxed from the application. The email or the fax can be sent out from within the application directly. As clients pay their invoices, the application will keep track of those and you could get a report that shows the funds received, any accounts that are overdue, etc. You could evaluate the performance of your sales team based on the statistics of invoices raised, the money realized, etc. The trial version is free. It remains free for home use and for small businesses with less than 5 staff members. Most of the Pro features are included in this trial version too. The invoice templates can be customized through the use of your logo, header text, notes and so on. These documents could be sent out as PDFs.
