Here is the official description for Email Guardian: Email Guardian for Outlook ExPress works only with Outlook Express running on Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, and Windows XP. It does not work with Windows Mail running on Windows Vista. You cannot "save" Outlook Express files from a Windows XP Machine and then restore them to a Windows Vista Machine. It will not work.
