DoublePics-Cockpit (formerly DoublePics) Description

DoublePics-Cockpit is a handy application that is designed to search your computer for pictures that look the same. The program compare the images and it does not matter if these pictures have different sizes, different contrast, color or gamma values and different file formats. You can search and compare pictures based on their colors, pixels or by MD5, then you can flag and group similar photos. The program's built-in fuzzy logic with its adjustable sensitivity or tolerance allows you to detect both pictures which are practically identical and pictures which are somehow related, have been retouched, cut differently or otherwise modified (e.g. by adding logos).
