Nowadays, the field of photography has undergone huge changes compared to what we used to see in the past. Cameras grow better all the time, and now they are even automatic, so we don’t have to worry at all about any settings. But the real trendy movement these days is towards 3D Photography. You have probably seen those strange and very expensive cameras with a couple of lenses that allow you to take a 3D picture directly - after several adjustments, of course. As many people, I have already been in touch with that kind of cameras, which are very expensive. And I have taken some 3D pictures that were very good. However, with this software, you will be able to create your own 3D photos without the need of expensive equipment or processes. You don’t even need a new camera. The only drawback that I can see is the need of those strange looking blue and red glasses that are sold in many places on the web, and that are given to you when you go to a 3D cinema. Without the glasses, the picture will look strange. You will probably say you don’t like it. But supposing that our eyes and brain do need that accessory, let’s talk about this software. The process is really simple. You don’t need to be an expert photographer. If you want to create a new picture from scratch, you simply take your photo. Without changing anything, just move the camera a few inches in one direction, and take a second picture. You are ready to enter the program. You will notice two windows where you can put your photos. Place one picture in each window, it doesn’t matter which one, and after a click of the mouse, the program will immediately transform it into a 3D photo. Maybe you have seen them as the kind of pictures that look like they have a blue or red shadow next to the original picture, which doesn’t have all its colors either. There is where the glasses come in. In order for your eyes and brain to be able to “decode” the image and put it together in such a way that you will really feel it is something real. Now, maybe you don’t want the hassle of taking both pictures, but you’d rather convert some of your favorite images to 3D. The process is very similar, but even simpler. You just place the picture in either one of the two windows and the program will automatically generate the second one and do the processing. In case you try watching your pictures with the glasses and are not convinced with the result, you can adjust depth, or the separation between colors, and try again. You can keep doing changes for as long as you want. Whe you are finally satisfied, then you can save the image to your hard disk or any other device.
