Capture Fox Description

Developed for Mozilla Firefox, Capture Fox is a lightweight plugin that allows you to capture windows in the web browser to create a video footage. In other words, you can create various video tutorials, presentations and demos, thanks to this plugin. After a brief installation procedure, you can bring up Capture Fox's window, in order to make some adjustments. For instance, you can make the tool capture either the whole screen, Firefox window or browser region. The video quality can be set to low, moderate or high, while you may select the total frames per second. It is also possible to record voice over the video, as well as to specify the output directory and file name for the new recording. Furthermore, you can select the audio and video codec (MJPEG, XVID, WAV, MP3), specify the delay time, set the Firefox window to automatically minimize on startup, as well as allow its automatic start. The plugin does not put a strain on the computer's overall performance, as it uses a very low amount of CPU and system memory. It has a good response time and worked well in our testing, without making Firefox freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs. On the downside, Capture Fox is not supported by newer editions of Mozilla Firefox. Other than that, it should please all users who want to seamlessly capture Firefox windows to create videos.
