Free and open source Java Web RAD framework JSPX is a free and open source Java Web RAD framework based on Servlets and extending its very limited nature to fully OOP Java APIs to control HTML and to create advanced web application in a very fast development time. JSPX works on all web/application servers. Here are some key features of "jspx": · Webfroms with postback events · Validators · Localization/Resource bundle · Capatcha · Calendar Requirements: · Java .6 or later What's New in This Release: New Features: · Support to interact with HTTP Request, HTTP Session from EL in HTML page. · Parent ID Suffix, in case of Item Data Bound controls like DataTabel and List Tablel; Controls rendered below will has its parent ID included in their ID. · Relaxing parsing Text, which allowing JavaScript parsing so easily. · Applying date format on each DataColumn. · Adding Meta and Title web control. · Allow null declared controls, no need to initialize controls declared on the Page Controller. · Enhancement, loading postback data for controls in the same order they are declared on the jspx page. · Export to Excel supports more than 65537 lines to split on different sheets. · Validation is executed all over controls in the group instead of only the first control. · Internal enhancement in the EL engine to unify the evaluating code. Bugs Fixed: · Fixing a bug with the AjaxPanel when it is used within master page. · Bug with DataLookup when using SQL statement. · Fixing bug with Trim feature in DataParam. · If there is a sorting applied on a column, there should be a name for that column. · Fixing issue with ListTabel when setting the items from java code or from HTML code. · AjaxPanel checks that there should be a form around it before submitting · Fixing issue with auto generated ID for controls. There was sharing of IDs, so the ID counter become global. · XML HTTP request issue, with encoding. XML HTTP forces UTF-8 encoding regardless the any http headers, a work around is made to fix that. · Fix bug with Sorting on DataTable , it forced normal postback, dispite the presence of AjaxPanel. · Fix Export to Excel bug when exporting the whole results. · Fix bug with collapse panel on IE.
