QS Last.fm Description

Quicksilver plugin that will help you to create playlists from Last.fm tags, and more QS Last.fm is a free Quicksilver plugin that will help you to create playlists from Last.fm tags, and more. If you don't know what Quicksilver is - find out! You won't be able to live without it soon thereafter.QS Last.fm is actually of very little use if you don't tag your tracks on Last.fm. One can use iScrobbler for this, with a hotkey (e.g. ctrl+alt+T) to quickly enter tags. This way, you will be able to listen to a track and tag it "acoustic" without leaving the keyboard. Very handy. Now, assuming that you do tag tracks, that's where this module comes in. Fire up Quicksilver, search for a tag, and hit enter - voila, iTunes is playing a recently created playlist with all tracks of that tag. Comes in handy if you want some "mellow" or perhaps "heavy" music, or if you're in the mood for some "progressive rock".It doesn't stop there, though. You can use multiple tags, too (with the comma trick). You could either search for tracks that are "acoustic" OR (have) "piano", or you could search for tags that are "acoustic" AND (have) "piano".Last but not least, the tag objects in Quicksilver have all the tracks with that tag as children; meaning, you can "right-arrow in" to a tag and select one of the tracks and play that (requires the iTunes module). If you're unsure what tags you've used, there is an object named "Last.fm tag" which has all the tags as children. Here are some key features of "QS Last.fm": · Creates playlist from tags: Using OR or AND mode (only matters when specifying more than one tag) · Right-arrow into the tags and get a list of tracks as iTunes objects · "Last.fm tag" meta-object containing all your tags
