PIPE is an application that allows its users to create and analyze Petri nets, including generalized stochastic Petri nets. Petri nets are useful for modeling concurrency as well as synchronization in distributed systems. PIPE is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
