The project is a command line python script that works on Linux, Mac OS X and Cygwin(win32).Usage:Usage: vinetto file options: --version show program's version number and exit -h, --help show this help message and exit -o DIR write thumbnails to DIR -H write html report to DIR -U use utf8 encodings -s create symlink of the image realname to the numbered name in DIR/.thumbsMetadata list will be written on standard output.Requirements:· Python-2.3 or later· PIL (Python Imaging Library) 1.1.5 or later. PIL is used to attempt correct reconstitution of the Type 1 thumbnails.What's New in This Release:· Added utf8 support and symlinks from real filenames to numbered filenames. Thanks to Kfir Lavi for these patches.
