Administrators create progress reports that are automatically sent via email. Every week, teachers receive a message in their inbox reminding them that a new progress report has been created. The teacher completes the progress reports online using a Web browser. At the end of the week, the administrators click a button which sends email messages to every parent whose child received a report.
