Matanza project is a multiplayer space game. Matanza project is a multiplayer space game.Matanza is a game developed by the Freaks Unidos. On it, each player controls a ship and is supposed to destroy the other players. The game runs on a telnet server, and players need nothing but a standard telnet client to play. All the animations are rendered in ASCII art. There are no intrinsic limits to the number of players, but a high speed connection to the server is a must.What's New in This Release:· It is now possible to specify behaviours for objects controled by the server. One can, for instance, have asteroids shot when they are approached by players.· The coordinate system has been modified to one that is more intuitive.· Complete rewrite. Many things might have been broken.· Stats are now constantly shown in the messages area.
